Established in 2004,the company focuses mainly on semi-classical dance styles and folk dances of India.

The mission of the company is to promote the rich culture from India through dances.

 

Since its inception, students of Nrityakalya have participated at various competitions and venues. The students have won prizes in competitions organized by India Community Center, OSAAT, Stepz's - "Spotlight" - event.

Nrityakalya had its first production Bellz ‘n’ Beats -Mosaic of folk, fusion, and contemporary dances in Oct 2010. It was a very successful maiden production for the company.

Currently, the company is working on the second production in collabration with Shristhi - The Creation from Phoenix AZ.
