Nrityakalya Dance Company was established in 2004.The company focuses mainly on semi-classical dance styles and folk dances of India. From 2010, Nrityakalya Dance Company also offers pure classical training for kids age 6+ years.

The mission of the company is to promote the rich culture from India through dances.

 

Since its inception, students of Nrityakalya have participated at various competitions and venues. The students have won several awards in competitions organized by India Community Center, OSAAT, Stepz's - "Spotlight" - events.

Nrityakalya had its first production Bellz ‘n’ Beats -Mosaic of folk, fusion, and contemporary dances in Oct 2009. It was a very successful maiden production by the company.

Cosmix - Innovative rhythms through times was the second production and was staged in Sept 2010.
